Return policy
- We do not accept returns or exchanges
- Please read item descriptions carefully, all items are FINAL SALE
- Once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted.
Processing and Shipping
Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for order processing. You will get an email confirmation when your payment has been processed, and another email once your order has shipped.
Shipping: All orders ship via Canada Post. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number. Shipping times vary and an estimated shipping window is provided at checkout. Please allow appropriate time for your package to arrive before contacting us. If you are ordering from outside Canada please note that you are responsible for any additional fees that may occur such as duties or international taxes.
We are not responsible if a package cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. We do not provide refunds for packages returned to sender for any reason. Please enter the correct shipping information at checkout. If shipping information is not entered correctly before your item ships, we are not responsible for the lost package.

Where do you source the items in the shop?
The items in our shop come from a number of sources including private collections, estates and estate sales, garage sales, thrift stores and donations (see FAQ 3). We spend countless hours sourcing items and prioritize items that need mending and restoration.
Do you do consignment?
No, we do not, and likely will not ever do consignment. There are too many logistics involved.
Do you accept donations?
Yes, we will accept donations. If you have any clothing, jewelry, shoes, accessories or linens that you want to get rid of, we will take them. We take both men’s and women’s clothing. We provide this option for people who do not want to donate to a for-profit thrift store and care that items stay local and in circulation. All items we receive are cleaned, mended and restored. Items that suit the shop are sold to support the business and provide the resources necessary to distribute the rest back to the community and those in need at NO cost. We are glad to arrange a pick-up or drop off (please contact us).
I found your items on Etsy, but they are more expensive. Can you price match?
We do have an Etsy shop as well. We pay much higher fees on our Etsy shop and therefore cannot match prices from our official website. As a small, independently owned business, we appreciate when customers order from us directly.
Are all of the item in the shop vintage?
No, not ALL of the items in the shop are vintage. We do on occasion have some items in the shop that are modern. If we find items we love, we restore them and stock them regardless of their age.
